Dear all. I'm after 2 rear diffusers to do exhaust conversions on mine and my friends 335d's. So ideally if I'm right in saying so, I want a f30 335i and or a 340i diffuser. SO if anyone has an OEM or aftermarket diffuser that's in good condition and for sale, please get in touch.

So I had a guy txt me about a diffuser he had for sale. I immediately txt him back and asked him if he had a price in mind and possible pics?. I heard nothing over the next day or so. SO I txt again simply with "??", still nothing. So I tried calling and simply just get a number not in use or or not recognized tone? The guy said he'd seen my post on here. I've been given a price from a BMW dealer of £646 for 340i rear diffuser , chrome tips & rear dual sided exhaust silencer to fit onto an F31 335D

That doesn't seem a bad price at all.

Do they have part numbers?

Don't tell me f3x 35i/40i back boxes have same plumbing as f3x 35d?


If BMW do it as s kit then it might be viable to say it always had it and not worry about insurance implications.

The rear diffuser is £62 so the silencer & tips are £600 ish.

The exhaust pipe diameter is slightly different so the exhaust fitter needs to fit an adapter tube to connect the old to the new.

A "free" 340i back box would make it cheaper still !

To be fair the listing you sent is now out of stock. And as said there are a few people on the forum who go OEM or nothing.
