E93 320i Hifi Sound cuts out every second

Hi

I have a 320i E93 with a problem regarding the Hifi system

The audio cuts out for 1-2 seconds and comes back. It keeps doing that over and over again.

No difference with adjusting volume , bass , fader anything.

Same issue whether its playing from USB , Radio , AUX

When the car is OFF and the sound system is only running on battery power everything seems fine. As soon as i start the engine and rev it a little bit the audio starts cutting out.

My car does not have I drive , just BMW professional stereo with hifi.

I have checked the Amplifier and there was no moisture there. Battery and alternator are showing normal readings.

I suspect its the Amplifier but i dont want to buy a new one before making sure as it is very costly.

I checked the amplifier while the audio was cutting out , it was luke warm not ''hot'' to the touch.

Anyone here with any input?

Anyone??? It works fine when the car is OFF but starts cutting out after starting the car

Bad voltage regulator? Bad amp?

Im wondering why it works perfect when the car is off , if it was the amp wouldnt it cut all the time regardless of engine start?

Someone please help. Im really in a pile of sh*t here. My only daily car and its embarrassing that the sound system acts like this in an expensive car

since you know it happens when the car is running maybe your
alternator is putting too much voltage or noise on the electrics.
I think you said it was 15 plus volts on the other board and typical is
more like 14.5.
Also the amp may have some components that are slowly going bad that don't respond well to the extra voltage.
Hi Fi amps are pretty cheap on ebay.
May be time to consider and upgrade.

Yes the multimeter did show 14.9 - almost 15V but that was before putting the battery on charge. This was on idle

From the secret menu i checked it 5 minutes ago and the max reading i got was 14.6-7V at full throttle

Varied between 13.7V- 14.3V at idle

I also have made a video i will post it shortly

Okay screw everything , i measured the voltage again for the LAST time and straight after startup the voltage is showing 15.4-15.20V and then after 20 seconds it drops down to 14.6V where it should be

So I think you are right about the alternator. Can i just replace the voltage regulator or do i need the whole new alt?
