[Poll] Powder Coating Rims

Have a AW 435i with 19inch rims. Thinking about powder coating black gloss (know a guy does it $400) or keep stock

I powdercoated mine gunmetal black. Gloss black just too shiny for the car, however might work well for your car!

I went satin black on my 18" 397s with my Melbourne Red, looks awesome no regrets.

Im not a fan of black rims at all. I like the stock Alloy look on all wheels, regardless of the exterior color of the car.
black rims just seem outdated...kind of like the spinners back in the day.

Just curious why you are asking for opinions when you already made up your mind? Get what you want and like. Don't worry what other people think, they don't have to drive or look at the car daily.

True I just wanted to see if I'm degrading the bmw name by doing so

I think if you go black...do a satin finish...I am not a fan of gloss black either, but if you like it...I am sure it will look good.
