CPO purchase help

i just picked mine up CPO 2014 335i M sport package. i was excited at the dealer that i forgot to check the under of my bumper, when i got home i realized i should check it, and now i found a gash under the middle of the bumper plus loose parts.i am going to take it back to the dealer and see what they say. hope fully they don't turn it on me. i would be so disappointed. Any suggestions? Should i make a big deal out of it?

I will definitely take it today to show it to them. i am a long time leaser, first time buying CPO. and as long as i know you need to return the car in an excellent shape, especially BMW. i wonder if they even looked under the car, or have it in their reports.

Let us know what happens. I purchased a CPO almost 3 months ago and discovered my bumper had been repaired with putty. I could be too late though...

I got the car from Beverly Hills BMW pre owned place. i called the guy who sold me the car no names mentioned did not even return my call. i emailed their "#1 BMW Sales Person in the USA Since 1999" and sent her the pictures and she asked me to bring the car to the dealer. been doing research online on the inspection and no wording of the under carriage inspection. it looks like the black plastic peace needs to go inside the bumper and not outside of it. hopefully it will be a quick fix. incase if they don't fix it do you guys think i can use a super adhesive glue to glue the part back?

I used a two part epoxy on my 535i with good success. Good luck.

Charlie,
thank you for the advice. Last night i did alot of research on the 10000 pointless inspection that BMW and any other company does. it i BS when you read it. there is no mention of undercarriage. i am not even sure if they look under neath the car. CPO is BS. pretty much they are a used sales lot with a fancy name, regardless who they are. they can shove the stars they receive to make the most sales " rip people off" up heir butt. i did alot of thinking, and i think my time with my kids is more than me sit there and look at the sales person, and their manager and try to work things out. this morning i pulled the black plastic off and tucked it where it belong. i will try the adhesive you mentioned.

i also purchased the front lip which i will install when i get the chance.
