F30 Lower Bumper Damage

Just damaged my 320D BMW 3 Series Front Lower Bumper Center Air Intake Part Number 51117263478

Has anyone changed one and is it possible without lifting the car up

I've had to do this part as well, it's best to remove the whole bumper to replace it. I ordered the part from the dealership, just because they were roughly the same price as everywhere I looked online.
