Rear turbo coolant lines

How difficult is it to replace? Had a indy inspect a coolant leak and thats what they found.
How much am i looking at?
Anyone else had this issue? What could cause this?

You have to remove the rear turbo. Took my guy 10 hours.

Ok sounds about right. I'm glad im not the only one who had this issue.
It looks like sturdy parts... but im wondering what could have caused this...
