Long Beach Blue Metallic M2 launch color?
I thought I read somewhere that LBB would be the launch color for the M2. I just saw it in the flesh for the first time.
Pictures off my iPhone don't show it very well but it's definitely turquoise. Here's a 2015 X6M modeling it for us What do you guys think? Last edited by Die ///M Rakete; 04-30-2015 at 02:00 PM.. |

Love it - much better than YMB on the F8x. Personally holding out for Donington, though...

This is my choice for the M2! Nice!
Donington is my second, also very nice.

I too saw it in person. It's ugly. Sorry.

I'm favoring Donington Grey as I know we won't be able to order Individual colors like Azurite Black Metallic. |

Not my favorite BMW blue. I believe Scott saw the M2 in Donington so who knows. The e46 and e9x gen's had awesome color options. I just hope the M2 has different color options than the M235i/f8x.

That's currently my color of choice. Seen it in person and think it is absolutely stunning. Long Beach Blue M2. 0 options apart from the metallic paint.
It'll look right at home next to Techno Violet and Sparkling Graphite

I did see a Donnington Grey X5M at my dealer and I really didn't like it but I generally don't like silver or grey cars. |

I like blue but too turquoise for me and that's my Ex's fav colour and I'm sure our daughter will remind me of that each time.
If the M2 is replacing my Silver Grey E46 I think I will go Donnington as you cannot beat liquid metal and the blue calipers will match perfect! Disclaimer this is achieved with a good polish and nano sealant. Last edited by Hazey82; 04-29-2015 at 09:56 PM.. |

That color looks wacky on an X, but I think it might have the right character for an M2. Can't know for sure until I see it, but it could either be stunning or a bit effeminate as has been stated already.

As for anyone that hasn't seen LBB IRL, there's definitely turquoise in it, especially when it's a bit overcast. And that's precisely why I love it.

Out of the blues i prefer the Estoril blue, but my color of choice for my M2 will be Austin yellow if its offfered or zakhir orange. Either of them with speed cloth.
