UPDATED: Milltek didn't work for 335xi coupe

The transfer case (red circle) is in the way. stock pipes give enough clearance (335i shown below), but Milltek doesn't (2nd picture)...

Do you guys think I can use the stock front section and connect it to the Milltek x-pipe?

That does suck. I put the E92 Milltek on my E90. The only thing they had to modify was the angle of the rear tips. Sounds pretty good too!

That looks like enough clearance to me. Is it touching when everything is installed? The picture makes it look like there's at least a few inches of clearance.

If you have a quality exhaust shop near by, they should be able to make it fit.

A qualified installer should be able to heat the pipe up and bent it ever so slightly to make it fit!!! I seen it done a thousand times where they heat it up till its bright orange and bend it...

eisenmann SR pipes will work just fine for all non-cab models (i.ci,xi)

For those who have Cab models, you can simply modifiy the pipes to clear
the rear braces - making humps on pipes will work just fine.

How much did you pay for installation with the modifications? I was thinking about the Milltek for my E90, but I never got an answer as to whether it would fit!
