Just another cager being an idiot. As for the rider, things could have turned out much worse. Glad it looked like he was able to walk away.

I dont know I would say its the moped thats the bigger tool. If you frame by frame it , the guy is pulling a wheelin on the scooter as he approaches the roundabout way too fast.

Ok E90 guy should have indicated and not tried to get back out but at least his on the brakes as soon as, while other guy is too busy pulling a wheeling. In general both are a tools. As ACES nights are not place to show off and get away with it. Though this time its the biker IMO and for record I ride as well

Wow! That could have been so much worse. But I agree with the above poster that they are both at fault really.

Has anyone read the comments on YouTube? The guy that posted the vid says he stayed to talk to the guy on the bike but he ran away.

I think I have to agree with that viewpoint.

When ever you approach a round about you should always be in a position to come to a complete stop if the way isn't totally clear.

Fair enough if there is no one around and you can see all entry points to the round about then you can sail across it as if its a straight but in that congested area.. well that's what happens.

Kid on the scooter was pretty lucky, if you look how he lands and tumbles he ends up on his feet at the last roll. Lucky indeed

Pulling a massive whillie into a roundabout? Not a good idea.

All the BMW driver did was turn right, he was on the rounderbout first so had the right of way. 100% the scooter riders fault IMO...

The BMW didn't help by not indicating, and also trying to get the arse out.

Both dicks.

100% with above. Rules of the road, read them! If you are on the roundabout you have right of way to vehicles approaching roundabout, doesn't matter the car was not indicating, he was on roundabout.

Biker is a Pr1ck, and is lucky the word "IS", is not a "WAS"

So once you get on the roundabout you don't bother indicating your exit?

yes of course you do, but that's not a reason for some loon on a bike to come straight on a roundabout with out giving way to traffic on a roundabout!

We all drive a lot on here, and how many times do we see cars not indicating on roundabouts? loads almost every trip, but that does not give you cart blanch to storm out onto the round about!

How many times have we seen a car indicating to turn into a junc you are coming out of and go straight on? You would still be at fault if you pulled out and he went into your side!!

Indicators are are just that an indication of intent, not a reason to ignore the rules of the road.
