Removing the headrest covers

Hi,
I want to change the plastic cover on the head restraints of my E46 cabriolet because over time they have become really ugly
Looking at the BMW parts purchase diagrams, I have the impression that the cover is held on by 2 screws.
However, it is impossible to access it with the headrest in place.
Does anyone have an idea how to remove this plastic cover?
Thanks in advance for your help
Sorry if my English isn't perfect, I'm French...
