WTB E46 M3 SMG or Manual

Would like to buy a coupe E46 M3 SMG or manual. Preferably a car in the north east(bonus points if it’s in the CT/NY or DMV area). Do not want a car with a lot of mods already. Please let me know if your selling.

2001 6 speed with just under 59k miles. Titanium silver on black. A little higher than your range, but looking for 25k. Rod bearings done around 20k miles under warranty.
