which radiator for my e46 M3?

I am planning on replacing my radiator before I go supercharged or get a used HPF kit. I was looking at the Mishimoto radiator: http://www.redline360.com/mishimoto-...6-MMRAD-E46-99 and had a few questions

is 2 core enough? what is stock? should I look for a 3 core?
is mishimoto good for our cars?
is this radiator good for a boosted car?
is it worth it to upgrade it over stock?

i want to make sure my car will be able to run cool (i sit in traffic a lot)

I went with the Bimmerworld C&R radiator. Currently having a VF420 kit installed.

Call Bimmerworld or Turner Motorsports and go with a product that was designed for abuse. They have a great wealth of knowledge based on years of racing this particular car. I would skip the brands that might be popular on other cars..........
