Hey guys I just got done doing a short shifter in my m3 I was having a problem with my car it was not shifting smoothly and I came to the conclusion that my shifter assembly was worn out so I got the UUC shifter the dssr rod and redline transmission fluid I have a car lift so I replaced it my self it took me 2.5 hours to take it apart and 6 hours to put it together some parts were a few thousands off so i had to fix it. I had to drop the exhaust the drive shaft and the heat shield then disassemble the shifter once I had it apart my parts came in the morning and I went to put it together and they came in wrong so I ended up waiting a week to get the new ones in once installed my shifting was better but not fixed completely but after driving it about 100 miles it got a lot better idk why it just did but ill try to post some pictures of the disassemble and I didn't take pictures of the reassemble but just look at them backwards...

make sure to change the shift knuckle joint on the selector rod as it's foam filled and will make a 100000% improvement to the SSK

I ordered one but it didn't work with the dssr rod it was to wide by a few .1000s so I left my old one on and I didn't know that foam pice was suppose to be in there or I would of put it in my old knuckle.. But my car shifts great now and the movement is less than I was expecting
