It's called the MYT Engine, or Mighty Yet Tiny Engine. I'd love to see some independent tests to validate some of his claims. It looks very cool though. Very large displacement and power output from a small engine. Pretty simple design too which makes it attractive.

P.S. This isn't exactly a car, so you can move it to the Offtopic if you want.
