How much can I get for my M3
Mine is a 2004 M3 with about 160K miles. How much can I realistically sell it for if selling private? And how much if trade in (probably not much :-)

The big thing buyers will look for when looking at a car with that much mileage is maintenance. Both scheduled and preventive. Some areas typically asked about are rod bearings, rear subframe, SMG Pump, VANOS, etc. Also, does it have SMG or manual transmission?

You should check its value before making any decision by not only checking the mileage information, but also recall history, service records, and accidents and inspections. That's how you'll get the best value for it!
