Got Back Blackstone Test Results, Should I Be Worried?

Just got the results from blackstone and it seems like my copper is a bit higher but lead is very low. From you guys' experience, should I be worried about changing my rod bearings? Since I live around the Ventura/ SoCal area, does anyone recommend places for rod bearing replacement? Thanks!
