Need help deciding...

Help, I've been offered $5,500 for my 1990 325is.

I'm not sure what to do. You can see what it looks like in my garage.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

This is not about the money, it’s about the affection I still hold for my older ride.

that's a really great offer for a 1990 325is. since u already have the e90, i'd say give it away and spend the $5.5k on something else.
btw, what's in the 325is that you'll be missing?

Three reasons.

One: Knowing I have a dependable extra car if I need one.

Two: I've had it for a long time, and have an attachment to it, plus I would hate to see it be mistreated.

Three: I've been thinking about doing some mods and taking it to the track one day.

Keep the E30 and do an S52 swap into it

What's the kbb.com value? It looks like it's in pretty nice shape.

Do you get snow there? If so, keep it for your winter ride. I wish I had a second car for those trips to the mall, cityhall, etc...

Ha, ha... Now you've got me thinking.

There's a 320i I've seen here with the a S52 engine. The mechanic doing the work said the person is up to 100k so far with all the conversions and changes.

We don't get much snow at all.

I'm pretty sure the kbb is around $3,880. But kbb doesn't take the mods into account. Dinan, hartge, hella head lamps, modified stereo etc...

sell it

soon you won't drive it anymore and you won't want it (I kept my E30 when I got my E36 M3, should have sold the E30 right away)

get rid of it while you've got a nice high offer for it
