Hey guys, for sale is my 2004 M3 6-speed

VIN: WBSBL93494PN58647

Year: 2004

Miles: 92k

Options: sunroof, HK sound

Mods: E92 219M wheels wrapped with PS2's, BC racing coils

Maintenance: rod bearings done, vanos maintained (new seals etc, no Beisan) numerous other items. Rear subframe inspected and not cracked but comes with Bimmerworld reinforcement kit. MX docs provided for past 3 years.

The good: all big ticket MX items taken care of. Car drives solid. Would not hesitate to drive it across country. Brand new 4% tint all around. New floor mats. New hood grill. Clean title

The bad: paint isn't the best. This is what I would describe as a 10-foot car. Looks great from 10 feet away. Never bothered me though. The seat backs are starting to come unglued from the New Mexico heat. I planned on replacing them but haven't yet. The car sometimes squeals a little on cold starts (the temp is finally dropping here). I assume it's just a belt and replacements are included. The car was in a front end collision $4k damage. A list of everything replaced is provided in the pics.

My wife and I love this car. The only reason we are selling is we have a baby plus we are active duty military and will be moving soon. We don't have time to drive her as we should.

Clean title, but there is an accident reported on the car-fax from what I can gather? I'm in Albuquerque at the moment. I believe we chatted about the car a while ago via. text but communication fell off and I just assumed you sold the car.

I think they guy is a scammer, we chatted via text, he provided some documentation, I got a loan for the car, asked him to send me a picture of the title and he disappeared. Def something fishy going on, beware.

He's a pilot flying a F-16 in the USAF.

Sounds like he's getting ready to move and has a new baby.

I've sold him a set of grilles.

Sounds like an apology at a minimum is in order.

You assumed the worst. A scammer would have taken your money and been gone like someone playing the minute waltz in thirty seconds.

What would you assume if you speak with someone for a week, get a loan from the bank for their car, inform them that you're ready with the funds, ask for some additional documentation, they tell you they will get it to you in the morning and then they disappear?
And then you see a month later they are reducing the price of the car and still trying to sell it?
