Stepping into another E90 soon. This will have to go eventually, so figured I'd list it now. Or I'll just keep it and turn it into more of a track car. Currently sits at ~160,000 miles. This is my 3rd E46 M3, and this one by far is the most mechanically sorted. No weird noises. No fluctuations in idle. Just turn the key, and go. Not the prettiest car, but I enjoy that about it. Don't have to worry about rock chips while chasing down GT3s in the canyons. Almost every aspect of this car has been refreshed to like new, or better. I just took a 1,400 mile road trip in the car and didn't think twice about doing so. Car currently has a radio delete panel installed, although I do have a car-play nav unit ready to be installed if that's your thing (comes pre-wired). The underside of this car is immaculate. Most bolts still have their original zinc coating. Last edited by 911r; 03-30-2022 at 09:17 PM.. |
