Considering selling my Alpine White E46 M3. Car has 38k miles. I am 3rd owner. "Big 3" have not been done. Subframe is still crack-free. A list of maintenance / service items under my ownership (~18 months and ~6k miles);

Replaced both interior C-pillar trim due to fabric sagging
Replaced belts
Brake fluid flush
Rear differential flush
Coolant flush
Power steering flush
New battery
Replaced oil pump relief valve
Replaced gasket ring and seal on differential
Replaced throttle position switch and air mass sensor
Replaced thermostat with O Ring
Replaced spark plugs
Replaced front headlight covers
Two oil changes

I also added the below modifications:
OEM ZCP wheels (no longer have the OEM 18" wheels)
Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires
Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs w/ Koni Sport Struts and Turner Monoball rear trailing arm bushings
Future Classic spacers
Eventuri carbon fiber intake
BlueBus audio module

Exterior paint is in very good condition with usual rock chips here and there. There is a small vertical scratch on the lower passenger door. I added some touch up paint. Interior also in good condition. A pillars fabric is slightly bunched at bottom but no sagging. I replaced the center console as the plastic was scratched. Also added new OEM M3 floormats.
