Need help with my sound system!!!!

Hello! I need help with my radio and speakers. Few days ago i bought new radio for my BMW 320i touring. Radio is some sort of Sony 55w radio. I connected it and first of all everything was alright, but when i unplugged everything and put back on.... my speakers made weird sound, like distortion or speakers are blown, but i dont think so. because on low volume everything sound like it must sound. Also my new radio goes hot, like the heat unit. And speakers are stock.
