2003 BMW M3 Conv purchase

Thinking about picking up an 03 BMW M3 Conv SMG w/111k miles. Asked the seller a few questions, and I was already getting ready to walk away.

1.) Rod Bearings done by the previous owner, but the current owner does not have any documentations to support it. Only hearsay by the previous owner.......

2.) Asked about SMG service history. No documented service history, but the current owner says works like it should.

3.) Subframe failure. He said the Convertibles do not suffer the same fate as the coupes. I am kind of iffy about that info.

4.) No documentations. of service history of any kind.

5.) Carfax did show the M3 has been serviced at the dealership throughout its life.

My question is, should I even consider it?
