Supertech Exhaust Valves e46 M3

Hi guys,
Anybody has any experience with Supertech valves?

Trying to decide if I get a set of these exhaust valves for a head refresh, while also getting Vanos and rod bearings done.

I've read really good reviews about these valves.

My car is a weekend car, with occasional spirited canyon driving... but I don't track the car.

From what I have gathered, it seems that for my application and purpose, I'll be reusing the stock springs (plenty of strength) but installing new guides/shims.

I searched but there were no threads about this topic.

TIA,

They are a good option to replace your valves if they are bent but the stock ones flow great and are lighter than the supertechs. Generally using the stock valves again is the way to go unless you are going turbo.
