P.P.S. Has anybody watched, "The Deep House"?
Yes. The other day. It's on EPIX. I'm a horror movie buff! This was lame AF.
Looks like I'll pass on that watery horror flick.

Though this is not the "I Confess" thread, it is the movie thread so I'll combine both.

I watched the trailer for "Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin" on Paramount+ channel last night and admit it actually looked good. I didn't see the original Paranormal Activity movie so I'm coming in from a neutral and unfamiliar perspective. I checked reviews and it was pretty bad. Maybe it was the mood or something but since I can watch it for free I'll probably check it out. Lol.

I had a great time watching "The Matrix" with one of my 19 year olds last night. Tonight, it's "Die Hard" with his twin.

Every Paranormal Activity is pretty bad. Pretty much over an hour of watching boring security footage with some jump scares sprinkled in, all for a 5-minute anticlimactic ending. The only reason the original is seen as any good is because it was a bit more unique of a movie for its time, but I wouldn't waste my time watching any of them.

I don't know if this was posted earlier but I just saw the trailer so thought I'd throw it up, there has to be some Metrix fans here.

I just watched the last 45 minutes of Cinderella man. Good movie.

After that, went to the media room, finished the last half of Star Trek 2. The best comfort movie of all time.

This one is not dissimilar to the Salem witch trials of 1692-3.

I've seen most film footage of The Beatles. Some of this looks like stuff I haven't seen. Will watch it when it becomes available to me.

Edit: this trailer says "unseen… until now."

I accidently rented Lamb on Amazon prime last night lol, while trying to see if digital points I had would apply to a video rental. I didn't get to watch it really as I was pretty tired and a little buzzed, and fell asleep. I'll probably try to watch it tonight or tomorrow and let everyone know what I thought

Watched Last Night in SoHo over the weekend. I enjoyed it.

Also watched Unholy. Totally made for TV movie, was horrible. Also watched Tao, was pleasantly surprised, but at the same time; I was beyond inebriated at that point. It could have been garbage and I was merely enjoying my state of consciousness.

Lamb was not very good lol. Movie was super slow, not really a story line, no drama, suspense or anything really. The ending also was stupid. Don't watch unless intrigued or very bored

Looking forward to seeing this. Right now my "on demand" TV wants $19.99, which I won't pay. Will wait til it's cheaper.
