I'm very curious as to what the size of the iX/iNext is. In some of the shots it looks big, but in others it looks somewhat smaller and low to the ground. I was thinking this would likely be mid-sized?

I believe the target luxury level is X5 buyers so I would assume size wise it's somewhere in that ball park between x3 and x5

I dont remember exactly, but I saw some where that it was around(ish) the X5 size.

Amazing they still aren't done with this thing, I was invited to a BMW preview of this probably 5-6 years ago at this rate where they were showing off the various form factors of concepts they wanted it to be. Looks like the sleek wagon concept lost out. I suspect it ends up being X3-ish to compete most closely with the model Y.

They went with the crossover look. I was hoping for a true BMW I SUV.

if you look closely at around 4:00 you can see parts in the bumper moving. Are they implementing active aerodynamic parts?

I like the general shape and proportions. My fear is the front looks an aweful lot like it could have G80 front grills, which is a deal breaker for me.

We are still bitter about no electric x3 in the us. Was gonna be the next car. Now hopes are pinned on the id4 awd.

It will be similar to the Vision iNEXT, so big grilles are highly likely. The Concept i4 also has those upright grilles and so will the production i4. I could be wrong though of course, only the future will tell...

That is 100% the grill underneath the camo.
