Agreed.

I reckon Claire only announced her resignation after the deal was completed, full well knowing she'd have to step down.

It's a pity in a historic sense, but probably the best thing that could have happen. I always had this impression she could not lead the team in the same manner Frank and Patrick did.

I bet.
But somehow the biggest motorsport in US are those 2.
That's why F1 pulled out from US before due to low attendance.

Claire wasn’t the right pick to run the company.
Now it’s liquidated, into the usual boredom.

I'd always hoped they'd turn it around and get competitive again. I like to root for the underdog.

Very sad. They have been a staple of F1 for decades. They just simply didn't have the budget to keep up with the factory teams.

It's too bad because next year aren't they limiting spending and trying to level the playing field with the 2021 car...

Quite the race this morning... first one in a while that felt like it was worth the 6am wake up

Wish we could always see Hamilton coming from the back of the pack. You get a bit numb to his driving talent when he's so far out in front all the time.

Agree. This season has been great watching the battles between him and bottas and verstapen.
