Thoughts on E46 price please...

Hoping the E46 gurus can give me an idea of what to think about pricing on a car I've inquired about...

2004 M3 Coupe
Black on Black
46K miles
6 speed Manual
Navigation

Clean Carfax...

$25k firm...Sound about right?

Should any BMW scheduled maintenance have taken place by 46k miles?

Price isnt bad, but i would try to get closer to the 23.5-24 range. I was looking at some with a little less mielage for that price.

depens by region...I have a 03 manual navigation and babied only 59000 miles and I can get between 19-20k in Fl. Mine has all the options and all original garaged and all service done on my time table of oil changes every 3k...Good luck

23-24K seems right. Check subframe and if it shows issues, have them fix it or negotiate at least a grand to repair.
