I am selling a S54 engine out of a 2002 E46 M3 6mt with 220000km. Perfect setup to swap a E46 non-M. I did the following maintenance to this engine and 0km since:

Fresh paint on the block

Valve adjustment done

VANOS bulletproofing done with the following:
-Beisan oil pump disc (redrill)
-Beisan anti rattle / new bearings
-Beisan seal plate
-Beisan Vanos seal
-Beisan chain guide
-Beisan Vanos solenoid rebuild
-New sprockets bolts
-New hubs bolts
-New valve cover gasket

Rod bearings replaced:
-ACL rod bearings standard size
-new OEM oil pan gasket
-new OEM oil pick up strainer gasket

New oil filter housing gasket
Throttle bodies removed & cleaned
Idle control valve cleaned
Intake manifold cleaned
