Yeah, he is doing fairly well. He is still very much a puppy. But overall listens pretty good. Very food motivated. Lol.

Well, it was inevitable that we would keep one of the puppies. Introducing Kristal, aka Polar Star N Polar Mist Celestial’s Precious Gem. She is a spitting image of her mom, Celeste, when she was a puppy and has her mannerism to boot.

Bimmer went for his eye checkup at the vet yesterday . They believe he was stung around the eye. He has been on medication for the last month for it. It’s finally looking better. He weighed 155 lbs.

Mostly yes, but the breed is subject to heart conditions (particularly mitral valve disease) and they are showing some signs of it, but nothing drastic. Getting them checked earlier than our last 2 so hopefully we catch the deterioration and start medication early.

My big boy Cayman was diagnosed last year with kidney failure. He made an awesome effort to almost make 10 years old and only missed it by 2 months.
He will be crossing the Rainbow Bridge tomorrow evening. There will be many of his brothers waiting to welcome him.
I’m going to miss my big boy.
