Ok guys, this is gonna be a LONG one.. It is time for me to entertain selling my beloved E46 M3.I am the 3rd owner of this car and bought it in 2015 with 78k miles from a banker in Irvine, CA. I have no particular desire to get rid of it but Porsches have me wondering... Over the 7 years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on this car and no expense was spared. It has not been my daily driver for about 4 years now - I daily 2021 M5 Competition. My goal was to build what I consider the ultimate OEM+ weekend car that is essentially all rebuilt to new for reliability; more powerful but still NA; and with better handling than OEM while retaining a very comfortable ride quality. Above all I did not want it to be an obnoxious "high school racer" or an exclusive "collectible" that you cannot enjoy and push hard. Ok, on to the specifics Basic info: Clean title, 2002, 126k miles, Alpine White (original paint) on Cinnamon leather (original), 6MT (properly converted, including removal of all SMG related wiring, reflashing to original euro DME software, elimination of gear selector window on the dash). Yes, the BIG 3 had been done. California car. Power: 327 wheel HP, 244 wheel tq (have graphs to prove and yes, I have baseline dyno on the SAME stands with the same operator showing ~290whp). Assuming commonly quoted 15% loss from crank to wheels - you have 385hp and 290tq - which is better than an original CSL Unique to this car: - this is a European delivery vehicle that has unique spec - Halogen headlights (like in CSL), - OEM hazard triangle, - OEM first aid kit under passenger seat - OEM original German plate along with original autobahn permit sticker that it received in Germany back in 2002. Wow this car is absolutely gorgeous. I have a 53k mile AW/FR e92m id consider as trade if the logistics could somehow make sense. In any case consider this a free bump. Spotless.
