Rear subframe has been inspected by reputable shop in Garden Grove - no cracks or signs indicating a need for reinforcement at this time.

Stock Rob Bearings given the low mileage. Car is in excellent mechanical shape.

Open to all reasonable offers, but will ignore low ballers.

Vorsteiner race hood and CSL trunk have been sold. Hence the price drop. Overall the car is in great condition exterior/interior wise. For the price, miles and the modifications included, I think it's a steal of a deal. Only cons are peeling C pillars which these cars are infamous for.

I'm fairly new to the e46 platform, I have a e90 M3. I have been doing some research and this car is cleeeeeean! Why is it so cheap?

You should have seen the Facebook remarks from one group when I posted it. Majority said it was $3-4K too high lol.

It's a very clean build indeed. I have too many Ms in the stable now and this just doesn't get the attention it deserves.

I may just remove the audio and put it up on BAT in the next month or so. I'm sure it can do pretty well.

That may backfire, one of my friends did that last week and it didn't exactly fetch what he was hoping.

I was quoted by a local audio shop to remove it for $350 (labor). I'd consider coming down to $25k without the full audio.

The examples you see in the 30's and 40k are typically always 6 speed manual. That's not to say that an SMG can't go for more but there again, typically not the case.

This looks like a very clean example, had it been just a 6MT instead of SMG with everything else staying the same it would for sure be at least 30k.

I can see this selling for 25k to a buyer who's intent is to convert it to a 6MT and they'll be set for a long time with a clean low mileage M3 after they do the preventive maintenance.

Thank you. I took a HUGE hit but decided to sell it to a good friend's son in Vegas.
