Below is the maintenance history since I have owned the vehicle. Subframe is inspected almost monthly and no cracks. This is the only thing that needs to be done to the car.

1/2017 Oil Change and AC belt replaced
5/2017 Driver's window regulator replaced
9/2017 Alignment
9/2017 New Battery
10/2017 Oil Change
2/2018 Oil Change
9/2018 Emissions done
9/2018 ST Coilovers installed, Turner front camber plats installed, alignment done. Full Borla Exhaust installed.
10/2018 Driver's airbag recall done
12/2018 Pulley for A/C Compressor replaced, all new rotors, pads, SS lines, brake pad sensors, and valve cover gasket done
3/2019 ECS CSL trunk installed and painted
7/2019 Fabspeed headers installed, various gaskets and oil pressure valve replaced. Turner pulleys installed. Oil change done with Liqui Moly
7/2019 Passenger window motor and regulator replaced. Passenger side door locking mechanism replaced. GM5 also replaced at this time.
9/2019 Brand new key ordered and programmed from BMW
5/2020 OEM Windshield Cowl Replaced
5/2020 Front bumper resprayed, PDR Done to remove dents
5/2020 Rear window moldings replaced

Almost 13k spent on quality maintenance, upgrades, re-paints since my ownership. Quality repaints only.
