Bought a project car not too long ago, po stated that rear drivers side lower control bushing needed replacing. Only noticeable thing was the car would shimmy a bit in the rear end on occasion.

Fast forward, one day noticed a heavy clicking sound from same tire, almost sounded like a flap was flicking/scrapping the ground.

Noticed the cv boot was trashed so I replaced the cv axle and wheel bearing.

Noise disappeared then 15min later boom another clicking sound but quieter…


The faster the wheel rotates the faster the clicking, note the car is pretty low.
