Front Bumper Cover issue

So I bought an E46 M3 and it has a slick bumper cover (no inside mounting points) Are these circled mounting points sold separately or do you have to buy a whole new bumper cover?

Recently has to replace front cover, and discovered you need to purchase four connectors and bases separately, they fit into the round rubber holes. This post may help you: https://chrisparente.com/2021/12/31/...bumper-repair/
