E46 M3 AA Stage 2 or 996 turbo

I have to decide between a E46 M3 with AA Stage 2 supercharger system or a 996 turbo. Which would you choose, and which would win in a race?

I would say a 996 Turbo, Love the looks and its an AWD if you live in East coast its a plus, but being in FL... Def. would drive both and see how I feel inside an E46 with stage II AA SC is WOW but then again where are u gonna use all this power on real streets on a Moded M3? I cant even use my stock M3 much and NOT get a ticket :-P

If you want any hope of carrying anything in the car besides you, then the M3.

996. It's not some tuned car that will give you problems down the road, and give you a difficult resale. A 996 will hold its value MUCH better. It's a more timeless design. The M3 looks more dated IMO. You get a shorter wheel base, better handling and AWD which is desirable with that much power. The 996's shifter has a better feel.

Despite what drewko said the Porsche actually has plenty of space. It has the rear seats, plenty of headroom, a fairly large front trunk and predrilled roof rack holes so space shouldn't be an issue.
