Well, I tend to rely on numbers and facts from auto magazine tests (R&T, MT, C&D, SCC...) and my own experience at the quarter mile track rather than youtube videos showing Vinnie in his GTI killing his brother Ronnie in his STI.

i used to be just like you, but i found out that the best way to compare two cars in accelaration is to do a street race...

numbers in magazines are the basic way to find out about a cars performance, but the cars are tested in different driving conditions...
and on the street it's different...

and in the end this thread is about the race that happened between the 2 cars right??

Yep. I guess you're right. This post was about a 335 killing a SRT8. It's all good, they are both great performers.

I can't wait to go for a test drive with my best friend's 335. He is supposed to come here to Germany in a couple of months to visit me and also to pick up his 335. Funny thing is, I will test drive his car with the Procede already installed. His car will be stock for just a few minutes. As soon we leave the factory in Munich he will connect the Procede. Patience is not among his virtues.
