Hello,

Up for sale is my amazing e46 M3 2006 Competition package, with manual m-cloth seats, sunroof, and a bunch of goodies (see below). I love this car, but my family is expanding and I need to either sell this or my beloved e30.

I purchased this car in March of 2021 and have driven it 5k Glorious miles. I'm the fifth owner, and the car has been in California most of its life. The third owner had this car from 20k to 106k miles, for which I have a large binder full of service items and maintenance records. The third owner had the big three done at 109k miles.

Specs:

• 115k Miles
• Vanos, Subframe, RB done at 109k miles.
• 5th Owner - Have an extensive binder full of repairs dating back to 20k miles.
• M-Cloth interior
• Manual seats
• Dinan Exhaust
• Dinan Intake (CARB Legal)
• Dinan Short Shifter
• 4.10 LSD
• TCKline coilovers (new front struts installed recently)
• Stoptech BBK (380mm Front/ 355mm rear)
• Dinan Stage 3 tune
• Dinan Short Shifter
• CSF Oil Cooler
• PPF on front bumper, fenders, windshield.
• Paint in very good condition.
• ZCP wheels with PS4S tires (90% tread)
• Black kidney grills/side grills.
• High end custom car cover
• Status Gruppe Carbon Fiber front lip (not yet installed)
• Zero fault codes

Known Issues:

• Small scuffs and one knick on the rear bumper. (this occurred from the garage door opening with the car not pulled in enough)
• A-pillar upholstery

According to the VIN seen in the linked Google gallery, yes, the car came equipped with the M-Tex interior from the factory.

Good luck with the sale, OP. I doubt you’ll need it though, this appears to be a well sorted ZCP at a fair price.
