I mean, they get what they get, nobody rides for free. This is the cost of an affair when you're high-profile. The power differential always make the employee the more vulnerable. He is the boss, how could he be so naive to think that trying to pressure her into continuing the affair when she wanted to stop was a good idea.

Horner is the author of his own misfortune, he is a married man, he should have kept his trousers zipped up then he wouldn't be in the position he is.

Horner is lucky this lady didn't express a fear her job was at risk. That would be a totally different story even tho it is always implied in a boss / subordinate scenario.

Actually I searched, Red Bull hasn't officially announced the reason she was suspended. Others have speculated it was for being untruthful. In my experience that makes sense but it isn't a fact.
