2002 E46 M3 Convertible (6MT) Carbon Black

Second owner (technically the 3rd…the actual second owner was a middleman/broker). 1st owner was a proverbial nice older lady who drove the car ~4,500 miles per year and kept it garaged in California (Bay Area). I took ownership at 84k miles.

All maintenance done by original owner was through dealership and Palo Alto BMW. I have all the paperwork for the latter and everything I have performed below. The car runs and looks great with no current issues. She replaced the soft top before I purchased the car.

Reason for selling: I have a new G80 M3 on order

This car is in great shape.

o Complete MT Swap. Work performed by myself with parts and Technical Support from AMS Auto Group, Seattle WA. Work verified/inspected by Titan Auto, Castle Rock Co.
o New Clutch
o New DME – electrical bus shorted as part of the SMG failure
o New Throttle Position Sensors
o New Battery

• 92.3k
o New O2 Sensor pre-cat front bank
o Convertible Top wire repair (wires severed inside flexible joint). Repair by Titan Auto, Castle Rock Co.

o I have inspected for rear-subframe myself several times, and the body shop has also inspected. No damage/issues.
o Clean smog inspection report
