Just sharing the end of my journey with building my E46 M3 HPDE Build.

I bought this car back in March of 2022. It has about 138,000 miles on it. So I have had it for about a year and just finished everything. Had the first track day with the new setup this month ran great and getting up past 8,000 rpm is addictive as I am sure many of you on this forum know.

Just replaced the Drive Shaft and Belts
Did the VANOS to complete the Big 3

Very, very nice!...really miss mine.....bought this 2002 model with 22,000 miles in 2004 with tons of Dinan, Turner, and StopTech goodies from a guy who was moving to a 911 track car. Absolutely the best track setup I've ever driven. Got stolen and stripped for parts which led me to an e90 and then a 2017 M2.
