Question E46 M3 Radio and Instrument Cluster Not Working

Hi all,

I have an E46 M3 2004 that was sat up off the road for around a year.

It was dry stored and on trickle charge the whole time.

I went to start it and take it out the other day and turned the key and had no dash lights apart from Airbag and ABS light.

the car still started fine but no lights on the cluster.

To go with the the radio (Nav screen) didn't come on, I tried the power button (and all other buttons actually) and when i hit the clock icon on the radio, the ///M logo came up for a bit then disappeared.

I have tried all the hacks of removing fused when car on and off, let the car sit disconnected from battery overnight and still nothing.,,

I thought it might be the ignition switch but took this out and cleaned the points but still no luck.

Really scratching my head now and not sure what else to try.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Update: - tried another set of clocks in today and they worked right away!
cluster must be dead - if anyone knows of someone to have a look and/if they are repairable?
