We have covered breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. After I posted carrots for dinner last night, I found myself unsatisfied and looking in the fridge later, and looking for something else. Had some leftover Hawaiian shrimp pizza. What are your late night munchies?

I make low carb, high fiber tortilla, with melted american cheese and jalapenos.

Growing up, my Mum always made me a bed lunch: toasts, cereals. piece of fruit or vegetable, cheese and crackers, yogurt etc... And I just carried on with the tradition.

Often eating pumpkin seeds in bed while reading.
My Hispanic wife bought the fried wheels at the mercado. I'm guessing they are expelled wheat deep fried, but they are certainly good.

A handful of pistachios; roasted and salted. Tasty with lots of protein.

Maybe a small bowl of cereal or a swig of OJ or milk. For me, raiding the fridge is due to restlessness during the night, and not out of hunger.. Don't want to get into the 2 AM 1/2 pint of ice cream habit.
