2005 BMW M3 factory 6 speed manual transmission

For sale is my extremely well cared for E46 M3 finished in Silbergrau-Metalic over black leather with brushed aluminum trim. Purchased in September of 2019 with 119,235 miles. Clean MA title in hand with current MA state inspection.

Big 3 maintenance (rod bearings, Vanos, subframe reinforcement) has been completed with supporting documentation from Wile Motorsport 3/24/2020.

Exterior:
Car is 19 years old and from what I can tell is original paint. Front end is showing its age with some pitting and chipping. There is one minor dent on the passenger side near the side grill (almost unnoticeable).
Car had a full decontamination wash and stage 1 paint correction as well as ceramic coating November 2022.

Interior:
Fantastic shape, no tears or stains in the leather. Rear seats are almost brand new. Arm rest is a bit worn. The steering wheel appears to be original and has some wear on the 9 and 3 O’clock positions. Headliner intact. All interior lights are functional as well as all gauges, dash lights, indicators, etc. functional. Heated seats work great. AC is ice cold; heat works great as well. Hardwired for radar detector. Dynavin N7 head unit with Bluetooth and Nav (no Apple Carplay)

To be desired:
Front end bumper and fender flares show their age with rock chips and dings.
One scratch larger scratch on underside of front left bumper (cannot see from standing view)
Front windshield is original and pitted, as well as one tiny rock chip
Front fog lights are functional but pitted
Front A-Pillers both driver and passenger side were re-wrapped at some point prior to my ownership and the fabric does not quite match the headliner but looks fine
Arm rest worn but functional
Passenger side headlight needs new seal (leaks in touchless wash, does not leak in handwashing)
Side view mirrors showing their brown spots around the edges
Car comes with 1 key, the “BMW” lock button on the key does not work (the unlock and trunk pop does). I lock the car with the key in the driver door.
