I don't collect cars but I wish I did! I do however have a few watches namely Rolex sub, Omega Speedmaster mk2 racing dial, 911 Flightmaster, Doxa 5000T, Zinex Trimix, seiko bullhead, seiko pogue, Hamilton Navy GMT, Tag Kirium Chrono and several more. Listing them all reminds me that a I need to have a weed out of the collection as I plan on adding a couple more!

I have a terrible weakness for both BMWs and watches. I also have a weakness for older models of both. For watches in particular, the fun of tracking them down and then wondering at who has owned them previously - what they may have witnessed? Unlike buying new, financially you can't go too far wrong on vintage either.

1967 Rolex Submariner 5512
1961 Omega Speedmaster 2998
1969 Omega Speedmaster transitional 145
1959 14k Rolex Datejust 6605
1978 Omega F300hz Electric Watch

And one modern - soon to go if I can find someone to buy it:

2001 Rolex WG Day-Date.

1972 BMW 2500 Automatic
2012 F30 335i

I have an Omega Seamaster 1000 ft Pro Chronometer and an Omega Speedmaster NASA Certified Moon Watch.

Seamaster is one of the best things i have ever owned bought it new 7 or so years ago and its worth more secondhand than I payed for it now so bought a second Omega . Obvioulsy The NASA Certified one as used in 1969 when they landed on the moon is a pretty hard act for any watch to follow

I have a ss/yellow gold datejust 2 with a black face and roman numerals, I'm looking to buy a new more casual watch either a submariner, black face, no date, or a gmt master 2 with the new black and blue bezel. Any suggestions?

This will be my next watch. This is as cool as it gets in my opinion. This will be my watch for my 135i, German watch for my German car.

That's a badass watch! I like it!

Reminds me of BALL watches which also use the tritium tubes.

Holey fark... I'm not sure I'd have the nerve to be able to wear that watch.

The thread should have stopped at this post...

We could be brothers

I have the same watches except my Royal Oak Offshore is the Black themes / rubber strap version. I love the Safari as well.
My daily driver is a Panerai PAM 164.
