I have a 02 e46 m3 convertible am I allowed to go to a track day if I'm a convertible ??

Not with BMWCCA as they say their insurance prohibits verts. We ran out M6 vert with Speedventures here in CA. Look at Motorsportsreg.com, you can search for different types of events offered by many different groups. You can run Autocross.

I would say almost 100% of tracks wont let you on, but you can auto x...
Sell the vert asap, heavy anyway lol.

Depends on the venue but I would recommend some sort of rollbar system, which some tracks and/or venues require.
