2012 ZCP AW E92 DCT with 44k miles for 41k. Seems like a good deal.

I've been watching this and it just became available now, was about to pull the trigger but decided I'm going to wait and find a Mineral White one.

Has a minor accident on CarFax but nothing too major it seems.

I personally would not buy anything from Shift. Maybe selling to them but not buying. Their cars are not thoroughly inspected. I'm sure everyone's experience is different but here's my experience with them:

I've seen this and test drove it. I believe the quarter panel was painted as well. Def more paintwork than just the front end. I'd hold off.

Test drove this car in Oakland and it was overfilled with oil and misfiring. Shift gave me this car, it was not clean, steering wheel was completely worn down and smelled like someone was doing burnouts with the car. When I left I saw a Shift employee slide a corvette out of parking lot. Honestly just avoid all shift cars. The car had plenty of scratches too. Its not worth the price they are selling it for.

It seems that someone got a joyride and returned it cause the listing disappeared for a few days and now it is back on with a few more miles.
I tried to get additional info and photos and it was practically impossible, so I passed.
Reading the very informative thread suggested by trojane92, you should be ready for (bad) surprises and add a thorough PPI to your cost. And know in advance how much you will lose if you decide to return it
