WTB: E90 M3 with 6 Speed / No Moonroof / Minimalist

As my E46 M3 is as good as sold I've started looking for the right E90 M3, not many that fit my needs are currently listed.

Car must not have a Moonroof, this is the only absolute. I'm tall with a long torso and neck, I need the space.

Preferences:
Less than $38k
Less than 50k miles
Cloth interior
Cold weather package
Premium sound
I like the LCI lighting
Oil analysis done at least once if over 30k miles

I like most of the exterior colors, Black is the only one that doesn't really appeal to me.

I'm okay with some modifications, but they must be well done and supported by exceptional maintenance. Prefer exhaust systems to be on the quiet side, or at least comfortable with minimal drone at highway speeds.
