I know this doesn't fit in your criteria exactly. I have a 2003.5 SMG for sale with 101,000 miles.
Largely stock with the exception of a couple small aesthetic bits. Brand new Michelin Pilot AS4 tires. Rod bearings replaced less than 1,000 miles ago. Vanos and subframe unchanged, though the subframe was recently inspected and looks flawless. I have been meaning to get it reinforced but just haven't done it since I am considering selling. Will come with California Car Cover. If interested, send me a PM and I can get you pictures.
Located in Maryland but have no problem shipping the car. I just sold a Miata to a guy last summer sight unseen and shipped it to him in Michigan.
