If you mean the legal requirements and copyright?
He is very Trigger Happy in that respect many miniature car companies apart from the exclusive ltd 1/18 models for BMW. Had to bow to legal pressure and copyright and no longer produce these 1/43 models because they would not be able to pay for the licensing costs in order to reproduce.
