GT350 is an excellent choice if you want something in warranty, that car is simply sublime and sounds fantastic, I loved driving that car up through the canyons. The new Camaro's also drive, handle and steer excellently if you can get past the quality and looks, and C7's should still be available as leftovers.
In the used market an Aston Martin or Audi R8 could be interesting, as well as AMG GT's
While not V8's, for manual sports cars a 981 Boxster/Cayman as well as an F-Type could also be interesting.
